Southside Finance was established in 1990 and is based on the Mornington Peninsula.

Southside Finance is a long established finance brokerage business catering for residential, commercial, construction and business finance. Director of the business David McKenzie has over 40 years experience in the finance industry.

David worked at the State Bank Victoria for 23 years in a variety of banking roles including international and corporate lending prior to moving into finance broking and establishing Southside Finance .

We have a strong relationship with all major and second tier lenders as well we have a range of private funding sources that cater for those transactions that do not fit within the banking system.
